This policy explains what personal data Skenuok.lt (a Crypto Lietuva project, "we") collects and processes, for which purposes, and what rights you have. It applies to the website skenuok.lt and the platform app.skenuok.lt.
1.Data controller
The data controller is skenuok.lt, operating the Skenuok.lt and Crypto Lietuva brands. For any questions related to personal data, contact us at: info@skenuok.lt.
2.What data we process
- Account data — username (nickname) and e-mail address provided when registering on app.skenuok.lt.
- Payment data — membership payments are handled by LaunchPass and Stripe. We never receive or store your card details — we only receive your membership status.
- Usage data — page views and on-site events (Google Analytics 4). Collected only with your consent to analytics cookies.
- Marketing identifiers — Google Ads, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel tags for measuring ad effectiveness. Activated only with your consent to marketing cookies.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information — for security and reliable operation.

4.Recipients and processors
Where needed, data is processed by the following providers: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4, Ads), Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), TikTok (TikTok Pixel), LaunchPass and Stripe (membership payments), Discord (members community), Hostinger (website hosting). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply.
5.Retention
- Account data — while the membership is active, then for periods required by law.
- Analytics data — up to 14 months (GA4 setting).
- Consent record — 365 days.
6.Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing, and withdraw your cookie consent at any time (the "Cookies" button at the bottom of the site). If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
